Lavender
Synonymous with relaxation. One of the most popular and widely used essential oils, Lavender can help relieve stress and anxiety as well as promote overall mood improvement. Eucalyptus
A soothing addition to cold season. Eucalyptus can help open congested nasal passages as well as combat coughing. It can boost immune health while fighting stress and calming the mind. Eucalyptus oil can be effective for soothing muscle and joint pain when used topically.
Sweet Orange
Sweet orange oil is an instant, re-energizing boost to the mind and spirit. Sunshine in a bottle. It can be effective in combating stress, fatigue and promoting an overall improvement to your mood. When used topically, it can be a mild relaxant for stressed joints and muscles.
Tea Tree
Tea tree is thought to be a powerful anti-inflammatory. This could be a really useful addition to your session if you are suffering from intense muscle and joint pain due to things like a recent work out or injury. Thanks to it's antifungal properties, tea tree can be effective in acne and wound healing as well. It is also said to help reduce the look of scars, dark spots and hyperpigmentation.
