What To Do If You Have Insurance

I am so excited to be able to offer my services as an insurance provider! Right now, I am only accepting Kaiser, Aetna and Triwest, but more are coming soon. So please check back or reach out to me directly to see what has been added to the list! In order to make sure that I am able to bill insurance correctly, please follow the checklist below to make sure we have all of the bases covered. This will ensure and efficient and timely process. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions. This is for MASSAGE ONLY. Body sculpting is an elective cosmetic procedure and is not covered under any insurance plan. I cannot bill insurance without these three things. 

  • Please confirm your benefits: Before starting the process, you might want to check in with your provider to confirm massage benefits.

  • Referral from your provider: This is the most important step. Please make sure the referral is under my name: Amanda Sorrentino. It cannot be under my business name, it will be rejected.

  • Copies of your insurance card front and back: This will provide me with your group numbers and any important phone numbers that I will need to follow up with.

  • Your DOB: Insurance will need this for insurance purposes, but should also be included in your intake paperwork. 

  • Please fax referrals to 509-581-6123
